Welcome to the 2025 Fantasy Formula 1 Season!

Oscar Piastri had his best ever F1 weekend, taking second in the Sprint Race, and following that up with his career first pole position and an uncomplicated Chinese Grand Prix victory. Lando Norris gave McLaren a 1-2 result, and he stays atop the driver's standings. Once again George Russell rounded out the podium.
The weekend began well for Ferrari, with Lewis Hamilton surprising with a Sprint Race pole and win, but things turned sour as the Ferrari's finished fifth and sixth in the Grand Prix, only for both cars to be disqualified after the race for infractions: Leclerc's car for being underweight, and Hamilton's for an overworn skid plate. Pierre Gasly's car was also disqualified for being below the minimum weight limit. As a result both Haas and Williams earned good constructor's championship points as their driver's moved up in the final race results.
Thirteen FF1 players tied for top points in the round, but many will rue earning less points than could have been expected without the disqualifications.
EL SLATSO
stays in front in the overall standings,
TheRealDP
remains 10 points back, and
Suyash
moves up to third.
We have a couple of weeks until the next race at Suzuka, and will be paying attention to the possibility that Red Bull might drop a struggling Liam Lawson, perhaps in a swap with RB's Yuki Tsunoda. The team cannot afford to have only one driver scoring points each round, and the Kiwi's form has been woeful.
Reminder: Same as last season, we're going with 6 picks per round, a maximum of 10 picks per driver, and 4 drops for the rules (so there is still time to
sign up
for this season!) And we're sticking with the deadlines before Qualifying for a conventional weekend, and before the Sprint for a sprint weekend.
