by Jody Scheckter at 11:46 pm, Aug 31 After a four week break, F1 returned to action at the Dutch Grand Prix, and Oscar Piastri gave McLaren their fifth straight win, as he benefited from his teammate's misfortune, when Lando Norris suffered a power unit failure with just seven laps remaining, thus extending Piastri's championship lead over his main rival.

Max Verstappen was also the beneficiary, elevating to second at his home race. While arguably this season's most impressive rookie, Isaak Hadjar, converted his 4th on the grid qualifying position into a well deserved podium finish.

As an indicator of just how difficult it is getting to make picks, only two of you picked the winner this round, and six of you just decided to take a drop. The two? lightsOUT who is the round winner, and 1 Max V who comes second. Unsurprisingly, they end with a sizeable cushion over Croken in third.

Zan4774 continues to sit atop the overall standings, much aided by Hadjar's and Alex Albon's preformance on the day. Suyash only slightly closes the gap in second, and Lewis H makes a first appearance in the top three.

We head next to Monza where Norris will be hoping to bounce back from his disappointment. As will second place team Ferrari, after both cars failed to finish in Holland, with Mercedes halving their deficit to the Scuderia in Zandvoort
