Singapore Street Circuit, Marina Bay, Singapore Event Description: Race Distance: 61 laps, 309.316 km

The street course in Marina Bay, Singapore is the only true Formula 1 night race. As a street circuit created from the city surface streets along the local harbor, the Singapore circuit is similar to Valencia. The course has a complicated 23 turns, and it run at night under a massive array of artificial lights in order to put the live television broadcast into prime-time for European fans.

The 2010 race was dominated by Alonso who set pole, fast lap, and won the race. Vettel and Webber take 2nd and 3rd for RedBull as the championship began to shape up in earnest. Qualifying Summary: Vettel nabs yet another pole, and with teammate Webber starting 2nd, it's the 6th time this season that Red Bull has locked out the front row.

The rest of the grid is also teammates, two-by-two: Row 2 is owned by McLaren as Button edges Hamilton. While Ferrari line up in row 3, Alonso ahead of Massa. And it's all Mercedes in row 4, as Rosberg out qualifies Schumacher. Sutil and di Resta of Force India lock out row 5 and complete the top 10.

VET WEB BUT HAM ALO MAS ROS MSC SUT DIR Race Summary: Vettel dominates the race yet again, surviving a weak challenge by Button near the end of the race. He is now just a single point away from becoming the youngest 2-time world champion.

Button's run at the win was helped by the Safety Car period for Schumacher's wreck, but was only enough to allow him to supplant Webber for 2nd. Webber takes the remaining podium position in 3rd.

Alonso is 4th, finishing off the podium for the 1st time in the history of the race at Singapore. Hamilton fights back from a wreck and the resulting drive-thru penalty from 15th to 5th.
