The track is the newest Tilke design, featuring 16 medium speed corners, sculpted elevation changes, and very long straights that will make the circuit one of F1's fastest. Vettel nabs yet another pole on his record setting season. Teammate Webber will start 2nd as Hamilton will take a 3 spot penalty due to ignoring yellow flag in practice and will start 5th. Alonso starts 3rd and Button 4th as they both move up due Hamilton's penalty. Both Torro Rosso cars get into the top 10 with Buemi and Alguersuari starting 9th and 10th, the first time that all 4 Red Bull owned cars make Q3. The top 10 in India: VET WEB ALO BUT HAM MAS ROS SUT BUE ALG It's a Grand Slam for Vettel as he takes pole, leads every lap, sets fastest lap, and wins the race. Button has another great round, finishing 2nd and showing pace just behind that of Vettel, though not quite enough pace to threaten for the lead. Alonso rounds out the podium after Webber falls 2 positions to finish 4th. Schumacher has a good run from his poor qualifying position to move from 11th to 5th with teammate Rosberg just behind in 6th. Hamilton finishes 7th after yet another on-track contact incident with Massa who DNFs with a 2nd suspension failure of the weekend.
